Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electronics & Bio Medical Engineering
Experience: 2+ Years

Additional Skills / Experience required:

• Should have efficiency in trouble shooting / servicing medical equipments.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Ability to provide effective after-sales service to customers.
• Competency in training end users on product features ensuring effective use of the equipment.
• Ability to learn and develop product knowledge.
• Must be willing to travel throughout India at short notice.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in basic computer applications: Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and dedication.
